    Pumpkinpalooza Saturday, October 28 at 10am Don’t miss this mini celebration of all things pumpkin. Decorate a pumpkin cookie, color a pumpkin coloring sheet to add to the library’s pumpkin patch, try some Harry Potter Pumpkin Juice and enjoy the classic cartoon It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Grab a pumpkin for the Decorative Pumpkin Lab. The library will supply yarn, fabric, cardboard, magic markers and stickers to decorate your pumpkins. You can enter your pumpkin in the Adult, Teens or Little Ones Decorative Pumpkin Contest to possibly win a Pumpkinpalooza Prize! Register begins on Monday, October 2 by calling the library (319-753-1647) or on the Burlington Public Library website.

  2. TICOS Trick or Treat for UNICEF

    Want to Trick or Treat for a good cause? Join TICOS for a night of fun and a chance to help kids around the world by collecting money for UNICEF. Meet in the Teen Space Room before 5 to get your collection kit and a map. Buddy up and Trick or Treat in your assigned neighborhood. Meet back at the library at 7pm for snacks and activities. We should be all done a little before 9pm so you can plan rides. Costumes? Absolutely! Please register so we know how many to expect.
